If you subscribed before March 2023 we need to update your Direct Debit details

If you originally subscribed to Geographical magazine by Direct Debit before March 2023, your subscription is being transferred to our new in-house subscription management system.

You’ll have recently received an email from us explaining this change and asking you to update your payment details securely.

Please rest assured —

The email is genuine and was sent directly by Geographical magazine.

It is not a scam or phishing message.

The link provided in the message takes you to a secure payment page managed by GoCardless, our official payment provider.

There’s no need to worry — your subscription will continue without interruption, and your existing terms and rate remain exactly the same.

We’ve made this change so we can manage your subscription directly, improve customer service, and make it easier for you to update or view your details in future.
